Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
