They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. My loved one fell out of bed the first night he was there!! we were told that they didn't have enough help and requested the family stay overnight with him!!
