Physical Therapy tries to send patients home too quickly and does not really care about following Surgeons protocol.

Social Worker did not arrange Home Care as discussed prior to discharge. Nursing staff and Nursing Aides were great. Administration, Physical Therapy Department, and Social Services needs to be improved.
