They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
