I found qualified care here for my mother for the most part. However, that being said my mother had constant visits from family and times some intervention by family had to address some nursing issues. But everytime we talked with supervisors, nursing staff (exception of nurse aids) we had immediate results in addressing our concerns and saw results as well.
Highly recommend this nursing facility but resident always will need support and intervention at times of family or patient advocate of some type.

This is not the office to come to for help beyond the basic.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Please everyone, don't be misled by how nice the bldg. looks or smells
or the fact that they can answer your questions. If you care about your
family member do not put them there. I'm taking the time to write this
for your family member. You will find out if you loved one is there for
any length of time. What they say and do are totally different. If you give them any trouble they will find a way to deal with you and your family. Please ask yourself, "Why the building and the money spent on
it, look the way it does. It is a for Profit business. Its all about the building.
