It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The management is horrible and doesn't even care! They tell you what you want to here and never deliver! Staff turnover is outrageous! When I find a good staff member they are soon gone. I have been to this facility twice, The first time just 3 years ago I raved about them! From the administrator head nurse, managers and all other staff was warm, welcoming and helpful. This last time 1 month ago was negatively unforgettable! I would not send my dog there now for day boarding! I was always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. They are the professionals!!! It was very frustrating. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. The police are always there for patient problems. Their facility was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the facility or worse become a victim! I don't feel like I can count on them to care me or protect me!

My mother is there now . We visited most of the health care/rehabilitative services in the area and this was the best one we found. Professional friendly staff, that tries to meet all your needs. So far we are very happy. The family of Eloise Blanton
