They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
