This nursing skilled facility is horrible.patients need to wait on and on for their care .Nursing assistants and nurses are overwhelmed by the huge number of patients that they are assigned to.Treatments and wound care are done or not done depending on their time availability ,treatment supplies are scarce and all the time they have problems with all their supplies.Infections with Clostridium Difficile-digestive infection-spread from one patient to another.It is a place where eldely patients get contaminated so easily from varius bacterial and viral infections due to their poor nutrition and care. Food is under any expectation.One doctor takes care of all patients that would be around 130-145 patients.One nurse is in charge of 25 patients of which some have very acute demanding conditions.One nursing assistant can have 12 patients in charge for a shift.
