Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. Their equipment appeared to be old and out of date. I wouldn't trust them to care for my loved one after I saw first hand how unsafe their facility is. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back.

You better believe this place is going to be shut down soon. I have heard of the staff laughing and making fun of its patients. That giving patients a bath is some kind of entertainment where the staff gathers around to make fun of them. They they ignore emergency calls for help and put on shows for the family when they come around. This place is going to be shut down soon you have my word on that. I WILL be taking farther action.
