It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.
