The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
