Witnessed medication error about to transpire and was able to avert. Witnessed complete lack of support to proxy family member trying to obtain updated medication and health information on family member residing at facility from nursing staff, nursing staff member slow to respond to possible emergency health situation which resulted in transfer to hospital, nursing staff can be condescending to residents however cna’s are adequate. Nursing staff needs to be evaluated properly by outside agency without fear of retribution.
