I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
