Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I have had 2 family members at Readers.
