We moved from this location due to staff abuse verbally. Residents are yelling at night for hours without assistance because the night aides are sleeping. I would never trust the staff because they don't even know my mom or offer to do things she likes to do. The billing is confusing and I can never find someone to interpret the bill. When I do the business manager is short with me. They need staff that want to be there for my mom and the others, not just herding them around to wherever there are enough aides to keep an eye on them.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
