I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I plan on telling everyone I know about how fabulous this nursing home is. Its really a place you can trust. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, they needed to make more of an effort to stock them

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
