Probably one of the most difficult things to do is to put someone in a nursing home. This past year my mother entered this facility, and so far I am not impressed, in fact I am so disappointed that the Camden Diocese would allow such incompetence to go on in this home. From the top down it seems that no one takes responsiblity or is able to give a complete and honest answer about my mother's condition. I have come in and found her in urine soaked diapers, and wet clothing. Many times she has her lunch or dinner on her clothes or all over the table. Did someone take the time to feed her? Its a mess and the asst. admininstrator turns a deaf ear and does not want to hear it. Call the state and she will hear it loud and clear. I can only go in every other day, so if you put someone here be prepared to visit quite frequently and at all different times...you will see it all.

It is difficult to take care of the elderly, but this home does not do a very good job. I have a relative there and I see many things that need to be corrected. The administration will turn a deaf ear if you complain, so it is better to solve the problem yourself with nurses or social workers. I would not consider this a good place to put your loved one. There are better homes, so do your research.

The management of this place is inept. The Diocese is well aware of how awful this home is and chooses to do nothing. My father was in here 3 years and our family saw how unprofessional the administrator and Director of Nursing were. This is so sad. People need to speak up and complain to the state about this place.

It is sad that the elderly have to be taken care of by homes that are sub-par. This facility could not care for my loved one or many other patients. The nurses tried their best, but the doctors and administrators only seem to care about the bottom line. I was surprised that a Catholic home would be this unorganized and uncaring to its residents and family members.
There is a serious lack of communication and a serious lack of professionalism. Many family members call the state on a regular basis because the treatment of patients is below basic standards. I have since found out that the home is known to have gone down hill in the last several years due to new management. The worst part is the Diocese of Camden does not care.
