They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

This automated review does not even begin to explain the complications associated with San Pedro Manor. It;s a rundown dump next to the college. They are better off letting this establishment go to dorm rooms than to allow all the abuse going on in this nursing home. I am an employee, not a nurse thank goodness, but being a nurse means being a primary "CARE" taker, but these employees do not care. I have witnessed deaths such as a beloved Mr. Robert Hicks die because he fell and sprained his ankle but none of the "CARE" takers did anything about it. They didn't even call 911 or EMS to check his wounds, needless to say, he died a week later. San Pedro Manor has also been hit by the Health Department for letting them pass out expired medicine and passing medications to other residents who are not taking that medicine or prescribed to them. This establishment need to be shut down immediately before more lives are ruined.

Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.

This is not a facility I would recommend if your goal is rehabilitation.
