As an ex-employee (not a fired one) I found that there was very little they did for their residents. They refused to assist some residents who had valid complaints, good workers in deserve of a raise never got one or got shafted when they asked for time off. They are consistently understaffed and are currently (9/23/2011) going through a hiring freeze. They are loosing quality aides and nurses and gaining residents that are in need of more extensive assistance. On the surface Southpointe may look great but underneath there is very little holding it together.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
