Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. My mother had a heart attack, laid in room in a comma and they didn't check on her. Poor service and administration. Plenty of staff, just inadequate caring supervision and management. Great place if you don't need their assistance!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
