my mom was treated very mean when she was visiting my dad, and icalled to complain and they lied through thier teeth when they were confronted about it., to try to smooth out things.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! I never have a problem!
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
