My father was brought to this place by doctors orders for a short term rehabilitation.... ( my father is diabetic and has dialesis every other day he had his right leg half amputated there for he needs rehabilitation)..... This has been a nightmare since day one. They do not pay any attention to them at all ,the patients have to look for the nurses for help....I was visiting my father on Saturday.....I was there with him for 4 hours not once did they come to check on him.....he has asked for help my mother has begd them to help they never helped him AT ALL!!!!!! My father was unresponsive I called to this place because they would not help my mother when she was explaning to them he would not respond so I drove over there and on my way called many times I would get hung up on finally some one had the dignity to answer I told them to go see him they just kept teling me he is ok he will get over it I hung up and called EMSA my sealf to go get my dad and bring him to the hospital......please don't put your love ones through a nightmare like my parents had to go through!!!!!!! (There is way more that happen but to list them all I would have to write a book......be carefull) P.S this happens in a time span of less than a month of him being at this death house!!!! My father is in back at the hospital now because of the neglect of this people.......they do not help housekeeping does not exist in this place the patients have to clean and take out own trash they don't bathe anyone at all.....the place smells horrible. .....

This was like a p.o.w camp . I had family there and saw things that really disturbed me. seen allot of the people treated like they where animals and not cleaned. Things where stolen from my family all the time. I feel for the ones that are left there if I had family there I would get them out as fast as possible !!!

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

My mother required skilled nursing after a back fracture. The care from all the nurses and therapist have been excellent. My mother has made the adjustment to long term care there and is happy with the environment. They also transport her to doctor appointments. The desire from the staff to make everything as easy as possible for the resident and the family. Always willing to answer any questions. Our family highly recommends this facility for your loved one.

If someone asked me to suggest a good nursing home in the area, it wouldn't be this place. They don't deserve a recommendation in my opinion. I am not a patient, but a visitor and one of my major complaints was the sanitary contiditions for the patients. No matter when I was visiting I never once saw anyone use gloves or gern produts. They just went from rm to rm without cleaning their hands. Patiants could roam the halls, go througt the dining to go smoke and every place you would have to touch you never knew who may have touch the same area and never washed their hands. Something need to be done about this now and not later, before someone dies of Staf .
