I have never had to stay at Villa Maria. However my sister has and she is miserable. She arrive last night her bed was not ready. The room smelt horrible. The people that transported her had to make the bed because the staff did not want to. The sheets that was given to the guys to make the bed was dirty and had urine all over it to the point they refuse to put the sheets on the bed. The staff change a patient and left the dirty sheets and clothes on the floor which had bowel movemnet all in it all night long. My sister ask for assistance to use the bathroom the worker said ok and never came back to the point she had to urine all over herself. I would never recommend anyone to go there for any type of assistance.
