I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here. Mostly clean. (Private restrooms could've been cleaner/more pleasantly appointed). I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding. They do seem to care. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me.
