Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The office was easy enough to find. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
