They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

This dermatologist is nice and helped me greatly with my skin problems. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was (their new location and office in Forest Hills is amazing) and how close it was to other shopping centers. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them and the whole experience was very nice.
