They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

They are very Professional, never using foul language, the staff is very respectful. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
