Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I know I could trust Dr Mitchell to never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I don't need. I got appointments quickly . I've never had to wait too long. The chairs in her waiting room are comfortable. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. Dr Bonnie and staff are great! Very friendly and a very nice, comfortable environment. However, Dr Mitchell does not participate with insurance companies so unfortunately I have to find another dentist. I would highly recommend her, however, her charges are higher than other dentists that I've been to.

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

No, there was no annoying music

I have always had extreme trouble with my jaw and Dr, Mitchell and her staff have always been very careful of that and have never caused me pain as other dentists have. The atmosphere is welcome and inviting and everyone who works there is friendly. They always do a superb job cleaning my teeth and any other work I might need done. Dr. Mitchell is also wonderful at telling me what I might be doing wrong as far as oral care without sounding condescending or lecturing. She is by far the best dentist I have ever been to and due to my jaw problems I have been to several. I highly recommend her,

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
