They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

Upon entering his office, there is more of a homely type feel that really makes you feel comfortable. The exam rooms are lovely and they have pink or blue robes that you are able to wear during your visit. The staff is friendly and the physician is as well. The only downfall about Dr. Dogan's office is that it's more of a don't ask wont tell. I signed a consent for tubal procedure but the procedure wasnt done while I was at the hospital. While I was in labor, I called for him to meet me at the hospital. It took him 3 hrs to arrive and delivery my baby. After I had my baby, he hadnt perscibed me any form of contraception to prevent pregnancy. Although those things dissatisfied me the most, the overall experience would have been chosen with a different doctor.
