I had been complaining about vision problems for a few years. I had these times where I lost vision and I had seen a good eye doctor before that couldn't fine anything again. It happened again and he referred me to Dr. Jennifer Lee. Her staff is extremely busy, but very polite and kind. As soon as they found out that I was having a problem they worked me in to the schedule *the same day.* I came in and was extremely impressed with how I felt Dr. Lee listened to my story and then came up with a plan to figure out what was going on. She was extremely knowledgeable and really listened to my issues. She diagnosed me with optic neuritis that very same day I came in. She coordinated my care with Evergreen Hospital who did a fantastic job of starting my treatment the same day, and referred me to a neurologist to look for Multiple Sclerosis. I had been walking around for a whole month not being able to see. Within two days I was already seeing better. I am pretty scared about what is going to happen if I have MS, but Dr. Lee is making sure I get into the right hands to figure that out and tells me that there are lots of studies that show that people do well with the right medicine. I wouldn't go to any other doctor. The only complaint I have is that traffic and parking can be difficult around 4:30 or 5 in downtown Kirkland. I would try to schedule your appointment in the morning or early afternoon. Never had any issues then.
