As an African-American in Kansas it isn't easy to find a reliable hair salon outside the well-known metro areas.
I called this morning and Kent gladly got me in the day's schedule right away. I went in and was tended to by Erin. She was amazing!!! She fixed the few snafus left from the last stylist as well as helped me get my faux hawk to stand up the way that I wanted. Kent and Erin even gave me a sample product to try to see if it helps and told me to feel free to come in if I'd like to buy a larger bottle of it.They have officially earned a new fan, promoter, and loyal customer.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Yes, It was exactly how I like my hair styled.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great
