They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
