They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
My stylist, Tali, was very good and I was quite satisfied.

I only went in for a wash and blow dry since it was Christmas Eve (but I get my hair done weekly)....The lady made me feel terrible. First of all, she tries charging me $26 instead of $16. She exagerated how dry my hair was (to suggest my treatment for deep conditioning) and the face she made you would think my hair burned down....LOL (of course I understand sales people)...she told someone on the cell phone she would call her back in 10 minutes (and I thought that is how quickly she will dry my hair)....Anyway.....worst blow dry ever.....would have saved myself $20 doing it myself...not going back there....
