There's no question I would recommend this provider to anyone! I felt very comfortable in the waiting room. The temperature was perfect! I'm so relieved! I really felt 'heard'. They listened to me and asked lots of questions. My overall experience with this provider would rank them as the best I've been to. I'm absolutely sure I'll make another appointment with this provider. Bobby Joe is awesome!! The other ladies in the shop were friendly I felt like i have known them all my life even though it was my first visit.. BJ asked about my previous haircare and provided me with personalized information and choses best for me. This has by far been the best hair appointment that I have had in 20+ years. I left happy, satisfied, beautiful, and happy to spend my money, plus i aquired some really good skincare product..I will only allow BJ in my head because i trust that she has my best interest

The shampoo girls are awesome! I love when they go out of their way to ask me how my day is going. I always come in on Thursdays and its the best shampoo ive ever had i enjoy going as much as i can due to the services and the scrubbing on my head feels so nice! love this salon!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. What I asked for wasn't done and as far as hair styling, that is a MUST, listen to your client. Would not go again.
