They barely gave me any information at all. The guy didn't speak any English, and didn't understand what I was asking for, but instead of finding someone to explain, he just did the wrong thing, only stopping to watch the stupid soccer game that was on TV. I was so angry. Then he tried to get me to leave before I could try to talk to anyone who sort of spoke English. The staff heard us arguing before he completely screwed up my nails, yet did nothing to help. Then, on top of it all, they charged me full price for my shitty, wrong nails, and told me that, in a month, they could fix them at my expense.Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.
