They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Antonella Barber Shop Inc as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They have absolutely fantastic customer service. I called to find out the price of my beauty treatment and they answered the phone within a couple of rings. They were happy to answer all of my questions and give me the price of my beauty treatment over the phone. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I feel like Antonella Barber Shop Inc goes out of the way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I recognized the shampoo and conditioner used at Antonella Barber Shop Inc as some of the best brands on the market. They are used by the top stylists in the country. Antonella Barber Shop Inc paid very close attention to me, is always respectful, and takes every thought and concern I have into consideration. I've never seen better care anywhere else! Antonella Barber Shop Inc's staff is very friendly and professional. Antonella Barber Shop Inc seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed.

I visited this salon quite regularly until recently, when the owner started cheating customers to make extra money

She charges a surcharge of $5 to people paying with their credit card, regardless of payment amount

I usually end up with a bill of about $100, and was shocked when she said she would tack on the extra money

There is no receipt for services that was provided, just the credit card slip, which she called the 'official receipt' and said that's enough to warrant the extra charge which was 'taxes' according to her

The choice is either pay cash or extra 5 bucks each time you go there and there are no receipts or official bills provided at all, so they just try to cheat customers and avoid paying any tax at all at the same time!

Quite shocking and when I did some checking, many other customers have similar complaints, not long before someone reports them I'm sure
