My hair always looks so beautiful when I leave the salon. My stylist is amazing and I can always go straight to a meeting or to dinner right after my hair is done here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are absolute experts in their field. I have never felt unsafe or apprehensive in the salon. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've already started recommending this place to all my friends and family. My Stylist is Dina, she has been doing my hair for 20+ years. I would not even consider going somewhere else. As a matter of fact I lived out of state for 2 years and had a standing appointment every 8 weeks to fly into Cleveland to see my family and have Dina do my hair. When I get my hair done, Dina says what would you like and my answer always is whatever is in your hair is what I want. And that is exactly what I get...she is amazing and Dina's daughter is following right in her footsteps in the salon right next to her. Danielle is quite new to the trade but is wonderful. If Dina was not in on a day that my hair needed to be done I would let Danielle take over for her Mom. And believe me that is saying something...give them a call you will not regret it.
