If your time is valuable and you don't want to waste your hard earned money then do not go to Beyond Hair and Braids to get your hair braided. In a nutshell, I made my appointment via a phone call with the person who would braid my hair. I arrived and she started my hair. 1.5 hours later another person walks in to get her hair braided. My hair takes 5-7 hours and the other persons was 45 minutes as I was told. I spoke up saying I was not ok with this the stylist stopping my hair to do this other person's hair, but was told she was double booked and short staffed. I also learned that this other person made her appointment days after I did and for a time after my appointment. I am big on customer service. I spoke up saying I was dissatisfied and my comments were brushed off no one apologized for the double booking. The 45 min job took 2 hours. The other lady came and went, but I was In the shop for 9 hours. The quality of work was nothing worth the time I wasted nor the money. I've had better work done at other shops for less money. The reason I went here was because it was close to my home. I will never go here again and hope my story keeps you from experiencing the same.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely. They were happy to answer all of my questions

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
