Went in for haircuts for my daughter & myself and asked specifically before starting if they could do a certain style with layering and lots of thinning. Both stylists said they could. The stylist that did my daughter's hair, which was nearly 3/4 down her back long, was asked to layer her hair, thin it out, keep the length with the exception of dead ends and form a V look. She took off over 9 inches of hair, never layered, never thinned and was cut straight across. Then tells me that she "forgot" about the thinning and layering. Meanwhile, I was getting my hair ruined. I asked for the same thing. I have very thick hair and asked that my hair be cut shoulder length, long layers, a ton of thinning and the V look in the back. My hair was halfway down my back. I got up from the chair with chin length hair that looked as though someone put a bowl on my head and around. It was horrendous!! I immediately complained about my daughter's hair. The stylist, Jennifer (very nice, btw) offered to fix her hair but I didn't have the time. We had to come back the next day. There was NOTHING that could save my haircut....it was ruined and too short to begin with. The next day, I came back to have my daughter's hair fixed and it was butchered beyond repair. I had my son get his haircut (which turned out fine) and my husband paid while I consoled my distraught daughter over her hair. The owner, Patti, charged us for my daughter's haircut AGAIN. When I noticed the charge on the statement, I immediately disputed it and won. I just thought it was an over looked error, as there was supposed to be no charge for the fix. Today, my son wanted a haircut and went to Looking Good with his own cash. He was told, in front of a room full of customers, that our family was banned permanently from the salon for an unauthorized credit card charge! UNAUTHORIZED?!?! This is not only unprofessional, but unethical, as most salons when they mess up a haircut try to fix it and not try to STEAL additional monies. I would not advise ANYONE going to this horrible place as this is the way they treat paying customers. Ridiculous!
