I had to wait several weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was never able to relax during my appointment. It was not a pleasant experience. The owner was gossipy and judgemental about other area businesses. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. It appeared the stylist was overbooked. I got the feeling this is normal because no apology was offered for her running late. I did not go back.
