I will absolutely return. I don't get the opportunity to go to the salon very often. Deanne offered great advice and wonderful service and I left feeling great! She was friendly and cheerful even though she was busy.

They never gave a color chart to choose from and had to describe exactly what color i wanted, hair came out orange when it should have been a golden brown, i took pictures to show them exactly what i wanted but she just gave me a trim.
For them it was more of how many clients they can get done rather than client satisfaction. it took 5 hours to get my hair done because she was doing 3 other people in between my appointment. The stylist lied to having 11years experience because she didnt even know how to blow dry my hair with a round brush, I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I would never recommend them to anyone you get better service at greater clipse for less. They were terrible.They quoted $80 on the phone, then $120 when discussing what i wanted, then $150 because the color didnt come out right they were very expensive.

I have been going to E-clips for a long time now, and they are so kind once you step through that door. Other hair salons that I have gone to don't listen to what I want done with my hair. The stylists at E-clips listen and may comment on some other ideas, but if you don't want that idea, they won't argue. They are so kind, and they really want to get to know their costumers.
