I walked in and was seated in a salons chair after five minutes as the staff was waiting for a late appointment. The appointment before me was over 20 mins late and when she walked into the door, I was removed from the chair and the late appointment then was seated in the chair I was just in.

I was there for a haircut and it doesn't take more then five minutes to cut my hair as I am a male and have short hair. I have been never treated like this at any establishment before or after this experience. I walked out and went to another establishment as there was "no explanation, sorry or a do you mind from the staff that day."

About a week later I stopped in to express my concern to the manger at the desk, whom gave me a blank stare and did not believe this happened at her salon. Again no apology or Sorry ever left the staffs mouth or the managements, which speaks volumes.

I love going here. Its easy and the girls are fun and friendly. I usually ask for the same person, but have been to other stylists. I bring my whole family. I use the ATM but am used to paying a fee just like everywhere else. Its not a prob. If I get my foils done, than I usually write a check.

The people who work here are less than friendly. They seem tired of the business and bothered by questions, especially the people behind the desk. They don't take credit cards or debit cards at all but are happy to charge you to use their ATM in the shop to pay them. Hair cuts from here are sub par. You would do better getting a free cut at the beauty school.

I had been going to this salon for over a year and never had a problem. Until yesterday. I sat down in the chair with a lady I had never seen before, I asked for a wash, cut and blowdry. Well I did not get what I asked for. I paid 18.00 for the worse haricut of my life. She cut my hair, DRY. That's right she didn't wash it or every spritz it to wet my hair, she cut it dry. I complained to the stylist and to the owner who was there at the time. Who explained hey listen we have been here for over 20 years we must be doing something right. I will never go there again, nor will I reccomend it.
