Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

I specifically asked them to dye my hair a shade or two lighter. They kept pressuring me to do highlights instead because they claimed it would be less damaging. I finally gave in (even though it wasn't what I asked for) because it was clear they weren't going to listen to me. It took well over two hours to do the highlights. The highlights are AWFUL! When I saw it I almost started crying. It doesn't look natural AT ALL. I look like a zebra. My hair is light brown/blonde and I just wanted a dark blonde color. Plus My hairdresser didn't go close enough to the roots so it looks like I've had them for a month! She also left it in WAY to long & it looks like an orange-blonde color. It's awful. And the worst part is they charged me over 200 dollars. The hairdresser I had was also very rude and was very hostile the entire time. Worst salon I've been to. Don't go here. Go somewhere more high end. Now I have to spend even more money to get my color corrected.

I made an appointment and was 5 minutes late. the hairdresser made me wait for 20 minutes in her chair while she did someone elses hair. Every step of the way i had to wait while she took care of someone else. She left bleach in my hair for way too long which left me with zebra like highlights. i had specifically asked for very natural looking highlights. she the gave me a rushed and painful haircut and charged me 170 $. WWWAAAYYY overpriced and the lady seemed like a real twit. The salon was also dirty.
