They had great prices. I barely had to pay anything. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was their business license hanging on the wall. It immediately made me feel even more confident that I was going to a salon that was qualified. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.II was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I loved that the staff didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. I've been to other salons where the staff wouldn't leave me alone, but they didn't do that here.Jamela was a pleasure. It was my first time and I left out feeling like a million bucks. I got so many compliments and now most of my coworkers go to her.

Yes
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, they were immaculate!
Did the staff at this salon pressure you to purchase unnecessary products?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I have been a client of Mahogany531/Jamela for 7 plus years. Not only does Jamela do my hair and what a FANTABULOUS job she does - but I also bring my 12 yr old daughter into the salon who is serviced by one of the other stylists.

I have had extremely short hair and now my hair is to my shoulders - no matter what the length, I have ALWAYS felt BEAUTIFUL, FLY & SATISFIED with EVERY visit!!!!!

This might seem a little selfish, but I hope Jamela NEVER stops doing hair. We both will be pushing walkers & I will be sitting in her chair....LOLOL!

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
Yes, it was downright irritating!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. The owner was not friendly at all very loud and use allot of profanity very unprofessional. I would not recomend this place.

I felt very rushed. The salon stylist did not do anything that was asked of her with my hair. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office was easy enough to find. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I walked in with a ponytail and walked out with an unfinished skinned head.....NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!
