Chic hair was great. I had no idea that they had been serving the Charlottesville area for over 20 years. I had a wonderful stylist. She seem to know what to do with my hair. I have since gotten highlights and they also turned out wonderful. Thank you so much Tammy for my fabulous cut & color. I think people should keep in mind when they review that these girls are not magicians if your hair is a mess all they can do is make it the best it can be...

I went there to have a color fix, because my hair was brassy red/orange from trying to get to a light brown. 1st, she lightened my hair and used a hair color. It turned out lighter but an orangy color. I returned the following week to have the so called correction corrected. She dyed it back to my natural color, even thought I insisted I didn't want to go darker but just neutralize the brassy tones. I am so mad because they wasted my time and my money and didn't get even close to what I asked for and will not refund me. That's total rip off!!! I really don't recommend this place unless you have money and time to waste.
