I'm a competitive cyclist and have been seeing Loni for over four years. Her care and understanding is excellent and I feel I ride better under her care. Loni listens to my unique requirments and designed a massage program that fit my needs. She is always on-time and always joyful. I've had manyymassage therapists but Loni is the best.

Loni was always extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. She was always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage. She explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The best thing about Loni (in addition to her being a fantastic therapist) is that she LISTENS! I have been to a number of massage therapists/physical therapists over the years and the thing that stands out about Loni is she is very caring and listens to you when you describe what is going on. I just love her and would recommend her very highly to anyone looking for a good massage therapist.

Upon first arriving to her office, I was a little worried that the massage would end early, because I've had that happen at other places, but that didn't happen at all. Loni gave me a very long, soothing and pleasant massage experience. It was fantastic! I have to say that Loni is one of the best massage therapists I have ever worked with--I have already recommended her to other people I know. She always remembers me by name and greets me with a warm and enthusiastic smile as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. Loni is so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love what she does for me and I can't wait until my next appointment.

They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
