They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate, not to mention high quality toilet paper, hand soap and lotion!! I love that this is a green facility.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
