The best part of this office is the receptionists/secretaries; always trying to accommodate your schedule, not tell you what's available.
As for treatment, I like to be asked questions directly related to medication prescribed or past concerns. That doesn't occur. Your Rx is refilled and you're on your way. 15 minutes.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

They did what I asked, but not a bit more

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Incorporation of Christianity important to me.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I think they are the most knowledgeable, helpful psychiatrist in the field.
