Dr Titus is an amazing Dr. His staff is equally Great !!! Tara runs the desk and she never seems to get flustered no matter how busy she is. Joan is his nurse and she is wonderful !!!! The staff is always friendly and I feel like family as soon as I walk through the door. I love this place and would highly recommend them to EVERYONE !!!!

Dr Titus is by far the best MD i have ever used or worked with. I traveled the country for 3 years and not one doctor could compare to the compassion, thoroughness and understanding. He listens to all of your concerns and together work on a plan so you feel extremely comfortable. He does not pressure you into anything. He also likes to try natural holistic remedies before trying to put you on unneeded medication. Anybody to says anything opposite of what I am saying probably went in expecting to get certain medications right away. He pretty much saved my life. I was an active addict addicted to narcotics, heroin, and barbiturates. He got me on Suboxin and with the addition of counseling i have been clean for 2.5 years. Dr. Titus is an incredible doctor and I would recommend him to anybody.
His staff is also very nice. Joan will help you with anything and everything just like Dr. Titus. Tara is hilarious and easy to talk to. Also they are not pushy on payments. They believe your health comes first and thats what makes this office very special. God Bless Dr. Titus.

Dr. Titus and his staff is definately the Best office around. The nurse is wonderful and the front desk girls are very friendly and helpful. They know me by name and are always kind and welcoming. I feel like I am the only patient they have. I never feel rushed. This Dr and his staff reflect the true meaning of family medicine. I would highly recommend Dr. Titus to everyone. I am very happy with his care !!!!

Dr Titus is great, I recommend this doctor ...but his staff is a different story.
Two thirds of the staff is unprofessional and rude, both on the phone and off.
Getting necessary information over the phone is like pulling teeth from someone who always seems annoyed to talk to you.
In the waiting room it would be nice if the glass window to the staff was open more than 1 foot, especially when there is a radio playing right next to it. I stick my head in to say "what's that?", then I get an overpronunciated response with an attitiude (woman on the left). Also didn't appreciate the woman who had a 10 minute chat with drug reps while I was waiting to get my blood pressure taken (maybe that's why she never told me what my blood pressure was). The same woman must have mistyped the dosage that I previously told her I wanted a refill for, between her error and the pharmacy's error I ended up with a quarter of what I should have been prescriped. Perhaps she was too busy thinking about her vacation discussion with the overpaid drug reps. By the way, crocs may feel comfortable, but I wouldn't want my staff walking around with dirty crocs and fast food soft drinks. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
