For the majority of the time I was there, I wasn't impressed at all with how they handled their practice. This doctor was recommended by my G.P.whom I respected greatly. Dr. Berrios sat across from me acting dissinterested, and typing on his laptop. When I expressed my concerns about Lupus (mother has it) he said he was old-school rheumatology and didn't have much exp. w/ S.L.E. He asked me to touch my toes,ordered a couple of simple blood tests and asked "what makes you think you've got arthritis?"and sent me on my way! After months in pain I was finally tested properly,with positive results. I definitely won't be recommending them to any of my friends or family members.

I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. The two buildings make it a little confusing. I'd recommend them to my friends and family. They really made a difference in my recovery. I really appreciated how convenient their parking was. I was able to find a spot within a few minutes, but there is no free parking. They almost always have a promotion or special going on on the drugs prescribed. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

It was so nice of them to take the time to listen to my input and concerns. All of my treatment decisions were make collaboratively instead of them just telling me what to do. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They're always on time for my appointments. I know I can always count on them to be there when they say they will be. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
